Important Notice: This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("the User") and rtp4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the rtp4d platform and close your account. Continued use of any rtp4d service constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 To register an Account and engage in Real Money Play on rtp4d, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
2.2 rtp4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including without limitation official government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and/or withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
Restricted Jurisdictions: Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute are not eligible to register or maintain an Account. rtp4d uses IP geolocation and KYC document checks to identify and restrict access from Restricted Jurisdictions. Providing false information to circumvent these restrictions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.1 One Account Per User. Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts (whether in the same name, under different names, or using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods) constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. rtp4d reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings generated from such accounts.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly notify rtp4d of any changes to this information by contacting support at [email protected].
3.3 KYC Verification. Before any withdrawal is processed, all Accounts must undergo and successfully complete KYC verification. Required documents typically include:
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rtp4d recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify rtp4d immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. rtp4d shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
3.5 Account Transfers. Accounts are strictly personal. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any funds contained therein to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rtp4d accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian banking channels and e-wallets: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rtp4d does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation. rtp4d does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which rtp4d accepts no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. rtp4d targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes to 3 business hours for verified accounts during standard banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during national public holidays in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Christmas), or during periods of elevated withdrawal volume. rtp4d does not guarantee specific completion times.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to rtp4d's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. rtp4d may delay, withhold, or reverse transactions that trigger AML screening flags pending further investigation. Cooperation with rtp4d's compliance requests is a condition of continued Account operation.
Note on Currency: All Account balances, bets, and winnings are held and settled exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any amounts shown in other currencies in promotional materials are approximate conversions for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of rate.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. rtp4d offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, and validity period will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. As a general reference:
5.3 Bonus Abuse. rtp4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee a return regardless of outcome, and using automated software or scripts to exploit bonus mechanics. Any User found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any resulting winnings voided.
5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw. rtp4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion currently in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time it was activated.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the rtp4d Platform are subject to acceptance by rtp4d. rtp4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after the relevant event has started (for pre-match markets), bets placed as a result of manifest error in odds publication, and bets placed using funds suspected to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity.
6.2 Odds and Prices. All odds are quoted in decimal format and are correct at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at which your bet is accepted are those displayed and confirmed at the time of bet placement. rtp4d is not liable for any losses resulting from odds changes between display and confirmation.
6.3 Specific Game Rules. Specific rules governing individual sports markets (including mix parlay accumulators, Asian handicap — voor bola — markets, and bandar bola (sportsbook) betting), live casino table games, togel draws, and slot titles are published in the Help section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement. You are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing a bet or making a wager.
6.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by rtp4d in circumstances including: an event being cancelled or abandoned without a result; a manifest pricing error; the relevant event commencing before the bet is accepted; or any other circumstance that renders settlement impossible or materially unfair. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).
6.5 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the Player must notify rtp4d support within 72 hours of the event result being published. rtp4d's decision on bet settlement disputes, taken after reasonable review, shall be final and binding.
7.1 rtp4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. All Users are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within the Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion options.
7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any User may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting rtp4d support. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period. rtp4d will use reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration by self-excluded users but cannot guarantee the prevention of access if the User provides false or different registration information.
7.3 rtp4d strictly enforces its 21+ age policy through the KYC verification process. Any Account determined to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and funds returned.

8.1 All content on the rtp4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation of that content, is the property of rtp4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

9.2 rtp4d will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game providers) to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil this Agreement.
9.3 All data transmissions between your device and the rtp4d Platform are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption. rtp4d maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction.
10.1 Service Availability. rtp4d targets 99.9% Platform uptime but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseeable technical disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. rtp4d shall not be liable for any losses (including lost betting opportunities or winnings) arising from Platform downtime.
10.2 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rtp4d's aggregate liability to any User for any and all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the amount of funds held in the User's Account at the time the claim arises. rtp4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
10.3 Force Majeure. rtp4d shall not be in breach of this Agreement and shall not be liable to you for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond rtp4d's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, network or infrastructure failures, or any comparable event.
10.4 User Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate at your own risk. rtp4d does not guarantee winnings from any game or betting market. The Platform's game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live event results, as applicable, and rtp4d makes no representations regarding expected returns beyond published RTP figures.
11.1 rtp4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any pending transactions or winnings associated with that Account, in circumstances including but not limited to:
11.2 Where an Account is suspended or closed as a result of rtp4d's error, rtp4d will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation promptly and honour any valid balance or pending winnings.
11.3 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing and AML checks.
12.1 rtp4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rtp4d will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
12.2 The updated Terms & Conditions will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
13.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rtp4d is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 rtp4d operates under international licensing and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, and shall not, exclude or limit any rights you may have under mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be contracted out of.
13.3 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and rtp4d, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting rtp4d support. rtp4d will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
13.4 Binding Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant licensing authority. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
