4. Platform operation and improvement: To monitor platform performance, diagnose technical issues, analyse user behaviour in aggregate, and develop new features and product improvements.
5. Customer support: To respond to your support enquiries, resolve disputes, and manage responsible gaming requests such as deposit-limit adjustments or self-exclusion applications.
